1. Agreement and scope

These Account Terms govern creation and use of an individual PLEXBLD account, approved project workspaces, project agents, collection methods, review tools, and related services. “You” means the individual accepting these terms. An organization or project party is bound only through a person with actual authority or through a separate order, subscription agreement, or project-specific agreement; creating an individual account does not claim or establish that authority. “Project information” means material submitted, collected, received, created, or derived in connection with a project.

A signed order, subscription agreement, or project-specific agreement may add terms for a particular organization or project. If an agreed project-specific term directly conflicts with these Account Terms, the project-specific term controls for that project.

2. Account eligibility, identity, and authority

You must create the account in your own name, provide accurate account information, use an email address you are entitled to control, and be legally capable of accepting these terms for yourself. Organization, position, and project-role information is optional at signup. PLEXBLD verifies control of the submitted email address; it does not, by that verification alone, confirm identity, employment, title, signing authority, project membership, or authority over any project source.

Signing up confirms only that you may create and operate your own account and that you accept the boundaries stated here. It does not assert that you represent an organization or already have authority over project information. You must not submit project information, configure a project source, invite a participant, issue an instruction, or bind an organization unless your separately assigned project responsibility and actual authority permit that action. You must promptly update material changes and notify PLEXBLD if your authority ends or is disputed.

3. Individual account and project access

Each participant must use an individual account and is responsible for protecting credentials, using a unique password, safeguarding signed-in devices, reviewing available project access, and reporting suspected compromise. Do not share credentials or allow another person to act under your identity.

Creating or verifying an account does not grant platform access, project access, company authority, or a project decision role. PLEXBLD controls account activation, and access to each project is assigned and may be revoked separately. A participant may act only within the approved project responsibility shown for that account and the authority provided through the organization’s established project procedures.

Project collectors or people contributing through approved project sources do not receive company authority merely because their information appears in PLEXBLD. Project approvals, contractual authority, and final decision rights remain with the project management team and other authorized professionals under the project’s established procedures.

4. Permitted project use

PLEXBLD is intended to support construction planning, coordination, progress review, quality, safety, commercial awareness, reality capture, and evidence-based project decisions. Use must remain within the approved project’s lawful purposes, contractual rights, professional duties, and agreed access boundaries.

You may not use the service for covert surveillance, employee monitoring that violates applicable law or policy, unlawful profiling, discriminatory decisions, weapons or military activity, or any purpose prohibited by an applicable third-party model licence.

5. Project information and permissions

The person or project party that already holds rights in project information keeps those rights. After PLEXBLD has activated your account, assigned you to a project, and made the relevant function available, your intentional submission of authorized project information directs PLEXBLD and its approved service providers to host, copy, organize, transform, display, transmit, secure, and analyze that information only as reasonably needed to provide, protect, support, and improve the agreed project service, comply with law, and follow documented project instructions.

You must not submit material unless you have the relevant project responsibility and actual authority, and the responsible project party has the necessary rights, lawful basis, notices, permissions, and approvals. This applies to contracts, schedules, drawings, models, reports, photographs, videos, audio, correspondence, names, contact details, signatures, commercial records, and information supplied by project participants. Do not submit unrelated personal material, legally privileged material without authorization, export-controlled material, or special-category information unless its use has been approved and protected appropriately.

6. Project Source Access Boundary

Boundary commitment version 2026-07-20-project-source-boundary-v2. The separate signup confirmation is a promise not to connect, address, or submit a project source without approved project access and actual authority. It is not a statement that every registrant already has project authority, and it does not itself connect or authorize any mailbox, service, channel, device, account, or project system.

Only after PLEXBLD activates the account and assigns the relevant project responsibility may an authorized participant intentionally connect, configure, address, or use a project source. That later action, when performed with actual authority, directs PLEXBLD to receive, retrieve, copy, store, organize, index, display, and analyze project-relevant content and attachments within the deliberately approved source and project scope.

An approved project source may include a dedicated project email address or mailbox, a workplace collaboration service, a messaging or social-media channel, a mobile collection connection, or another project system supported by the service. A PLEXBLD project agent may operate only within the approved source boundary where it has been deliberately deployed. Depending on the selected project function, the agent may receive contributions, associate them with the project, identify possible actions or records, and present material for review. Outbound communication is permitted only where that function is enabled and an authorized user or approved project instruction initiates it.

No account creation, account activation, project assignment, or source connection gives PLEXBLD blanket access to personal communications. Access is limited to the project source and scope intentionally configured. PLEXBLD is not authorized to search unrelated personal messages, unrelated folders, unrelated groups, unrelated accounts, or content outside the approved project boundary.

Before connecting or submitting a source, the responsible participant must have authority over that source; follow the source provider’s terms; give contributors legally required notices; obtain consent where applicable; respect confidentiality, employment, communications, and records requirements; and choose only the minimum scope reasonably needed. The participant must remove or pause a connection when authority or project need ends. Disconnecting a source stops new collection where the service supports that control, but does not automatically erase records already admitted to the project, backups, audit history, legal holds, or material that must be retained for security or contractual traceability.

7. Project participants and communications

You must only invite, connect, or accept information from people entitled to participate in the project. Tell contributors when a project channel is being collected or analyzed by PLEXBLD and where they can obtain relevant privacy information. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent an agent as a human, or use automated communication to mislead, harass, spam, or issue an unauthorized contractual notice.

Communication services and social-media providers are independent third parties. Their availability, delivery rules, account controls, retention, and terms may affect a connected source. PLEXBLD does not control those services and cannot guarantee that every external message will arrive, remain available, or be accepted as a legally effective project notice.

8. Automated Processing Notice

Notice version 2026-07-20-visual-analysis-v1. PLEXBLD may use automated methods to sort, extract, summarize, classify, connect, compare, and prioritize project information when the relevant function is selected and available. These methods can process text, documents, schedules, images, video, three-dimensional information, project communications, and project context.

Reality-capture functions may use VGGT, the Visual Geometry Grounded Transformer, to estimate camera and scene geometry from selected site images or video frames. Visual-review functions may use Meta’s Segment Anything Model 3 (SAM 3) to detect, segment, or track prompted visual concepts in selected images or video. PLEXBLD uses the model release and configuration approved for its service at the time; a reference to SAM 3 does not promise SAM 3.1 or a later public release.

VGGT and SAM 3 results are supporting reality-data inputs. They are considered together with the original project records, site context, contractual information, professional review, and other available evidence. They do not approve work or make a project decision. The authorized project management team and relevant qualified professionals retain responsibility and final decision authority.

The approved VGGT service configuration uses the commercial-use VGGT-1B-Commercial checkpoint under the VGGT License, version 1 dated 29 July 2025; the original non-commercial checkpoint is not approved for commercial project use. SAM 3 materials are used under the SAM License dated 19 November 2025. Those licences are issued by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited for licensees in the EEA or Switzerland and by Meta Platforms, Inc. for licensees elsewhere, and may be updated by Meta according to their terms.

The VGGT licence and its acceptable-use policy restrict unlawful or harmful use and prohibit covered applications involving military or warfare purposes, nuclear activity, espionage, weapons, operation of critical infrastructure, transportation technologies, or heavy machinery. The SAM License requires compliance with privacy, sanctions, export, and trade-control law; prohibits specified military, warfare, nuclear, espionage, and weapons uses; and restricts reverse engineering. PLEXBLD visual-analysis functions are therefore limited to project documentation and decision support. They must not operate equipment, direct heavy machinery, control critical infrastructure, replace a required safety system, or make an unreviewed safety-critical decision. If a proposed project use conflicts with a model licence, that function must not be enabled for that use.

These names identify third-party model technologies; their owners do not sponsor or approve project decisions made through PLEXBLD. A reference to a model does not mean its publisher receives or processes project information. Any organization that actually receives information is addressed under the Privacy Notice and applicable project agreement. PLEXBLD may update or replace a model where appropriate, subject to applicable licence terms and material notice requirements.

Automated results are probabilistic. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, misaligned, or unsuitable for a particular site condition. Confidence labels, visual masks, geometry, quantities, summaries, suggested links, and apparent matches are working evidence only. They are not a survey, design approval, safety clearance, quality acceptance, valuation, payment certification, programme acceptance, contractual notice, professional opinion, or statutory approval.

An appropriately qualified person must review the original evidence, applicable tolerances, contractual status, and practical consequences before relying on an output. Where a result can materially affect safety, payment, quality, compliance, design, access, or programme decisions, human review and the project’s required approval procedure are mandatory.

This signup notice does not by itself authorize private project information to be used to train a general-purpose model for unrelated customers. Any materially different training use must be covered by an applicable written agreement or separate notice and lawful basis.

9. Human review and project authority

PLEXBLD supports project understanding; it does not assign legal or professional authority. The service cannot approve work, vary a contract, certify progress, release payment, accept a design, close a nonconformance, make a safety decision, or establish the truth of submitted information. Status labels and recommendations do not override the contract, approved project procedures, or instructions from authorized professionals.

10. Accuracy, corrections, and record integrity

You must review important project records and promptly correct or challenge material errors. Keep original records where the contract, law, or professional procedure requires them. PLEXBLD may preserve source references, revision history, review decisions, and audit information so later users can understand what changed and who acted.

You must not conceal known errors, remove required context, falsify evidence, manipulate dates or authorship, or treat a generated result as verified human evidence.

11. Security and acceptable use

You must not bypass access controls; test another project’s access without written permission; introduce malware; submit harmful or deceptive files; overload or disrupt the service; scrape or copy another organization’s information; attempt to discover credentials or confidential service information; or use the service to violate law, privacy, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality, sanctions, or contractual obligations.

PLEXBLD may apply account checks, size and rate limits, content screening, quarantine, duplicate controls, project boundaries, retention safeguards, and other proportionate measures to protect users and projects.

12. Confidentiality

Each party must protect non-public information received from the other and use it only for the permitted service or project purpose. This duty does not apply to information lawfully known without restriction, independently developed, rightfully received from another source, made public without breach, or required to be disclosed by law. Where legally permitted, the receiving party should give reasonable notice before compelled disclosure.

13. Intellectual property

PLEXBLD and its licensors retain rights in the service, branding, documentation, workflows, and underlying tools. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or third-party models. You may use the service and user guidance only for approved project purposes during the applicable account or subscription period.

Feedback may be used to improve the service if it does not disclose project-confidential information or identify a person without authorization.

14. Availability, change, and third-party services

Features can depend on project configuration, subscription, approved capacity, source-provider availability, suitable project information, and human review. PLEXBLD does not promise that every described function is enabled for every account. Planned maintenance, safety controls, capacity limits, external provider failure, force majeure, or events outside reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

PLEXBLD may change a function to improve safety, reliability, legal compliance, or project value. Material changes that alter the purpose of processing or a required authorization will be reflected in an updated notice or agreement.

15. Fees and subscription

Account activation, project limits, included services, fees, payment terms, renewal, and taxes are determined by the applicable subscription or order. Creating and verifying an account does not guarantee activation, capacity, a particular tier, or continued access.

16. Suspension, project closure, and deletion

PLEXBLD may restrict a connection, project, or account where reasonably necessary to protect users, projects, rights, service integrity, or legal compliance, or where these terms are materially breached. Where practical and lawful, PLEXBLD will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

Deletion or export may be delayed when legal hold, contractual retention, audit integrity, unresolved billing, incident investigation, active project work, or preservation of related records requires it. Closing an account does not remove obligations or rights intended to survive closure.

17. Privacy

The Privacy Notice, version 2026-07-20-project-data-v3, explains personal-information handling, project-source collection, public-page measurements, automated analysis, sharing, international processing, retention, controls, and rights. Each organization remains responsible for its own notices, lawful basis, participant requests, and instructions where it determines why project information is processed.

18. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided subject to the availability and limitations described in these terms and any project-specific agreement. PLEXBLD does not warrant that project information or automated results are complete, error-free, continuously available, or suitable as the sole basis for a professional, contractual, commercial, quality, safety, or statutory decision.

Any liability allocation, exclusion, cap, indemnity, governing law, dispute process, and mandatory consumer or statutory rights are determined by applicable law and the signed order or project-specific agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Versioning, acceptance, and changes

Signup records affirmative acceptance of these Account Terms separately from acknowledgement of the Privacy Notice, acceptance of the Project Source Access Boundary commitment, and acknowledgement of the Automated Processing Notice. The signup record may include the individual account, notice versions, timestamp, and relevant security or audit information. It does not record a claim that the registrant represents an organization or has authority over a project source.

PLEXBLD may update these terms by publishing a new version and effective date. If a change materially affects rights, obligations, project-source access, or automated processing, PLEXBLD will seek renewed acceptance or provide other notice where appropriate. Continued use alone will not replace a separately required authorization.

20. Contact and notices

Keep the account address current. Operational, security, legal, and change notices may be sent to that address or presented in the account. Questions, rights requests, disputes, or suspected unauthorized access can be sent to [email protected]. Include the relevant organization and project without sending confidential project material unless requested through an approved support method.
